My 12-year-old Appendix Quarter Horse mare has been on Seabuck Equine for a little over a month now, and I’ve noticed enough of a difference to be able to write a review of the popular product.
My mare has had signs of ulcers, and a vet confirmed my suspicions last month. She used to be difficult to get into the pen, until I started her on Oxy-Gen’s JailBreak and Oxy-Gen Xtreme GI Care in April. I gave the GI Care a few weeks off, then started her on the Seabuck Equine. It picked up right where the Oxy-Gen Xtreme GI Care left off, and I continued to not have any problems with my mare’s ulcers. She’s been controlled and she’s been schooling barrels very well and running great, so I’ve been very excited with the product.
One major difference I’ve noticed in my mare while using Seabuck is her hair growth. At 12, you’d think her mane would be as long as it was ever goi
ng to be. That’s not the case, though, as she’s grown two to three extra inches of mane in the last month. Her hair coat has been exceptional, and her mane and tail look great. If you know my mare, you know she’s got a funky head, so any extra mane and forelock growth helps her out ; )
