One of the Greats: Butch Price and War Bar Meyers

A very special thank you to Teresa Quay for posting this video of the great stud that so many great local horses go back to. War Bar Meyers and Butch Price were a dominant force in barrel racing in the Tri-State area, and the stallion went on to produce top local talent, including Teresa’s own Chance Bar Tease, who passes on the bloodline today.

Here’s a video from the 1992 All American Quarter Horse Congress, when War Bar Meyers was already up in years, but still clocking close to the pace.
